Shipping & Delivery

• All parcels are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
• We endeavour to dispatch orders within two business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5-10 days within Australia depending on the destination of the purchase.
• In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.
• Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customers (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.
